Be mindful of your thoughts. They make a difference in your experience, and in that of others. If negativity or anger worked toward problem solving, it would be helpful to entertain these thoughts. But they don’t. It’s easier to watch your thought and bar your mental door against letting in careless thoughts than it is to get rid of them once they’re in.

You are a thinker. Be a good one.
